Hawaii’s favorite private chef!
Established as a private Chef in Hawaii since 2008, Chef Aline has always been passionate and interested in cooking. Her adventures started at a young age in France where she was born and raised surrounded by an amazing array of culinary choices, which developed and guided her palate. As a young adult the adventure continued when she moved to the Islands and discovered the freshness of local ingredients and the availability of wonderful ocean harvests. All such an integral part of daily life.
Later, she had the opportunity to move to Japan for a few years and work in world-class restaurants including the kitchen of Chef Joel Robuchon’s Atelier in Tokyo, a Michelin 2 star restaurant, which added a great deal of professional experience.
Chef Aline’s adventures in Japan left her with many culinary memories, and it was wonderful to see how the Japanese people have a great appreciation for the seasons and what nature brings to their plate.
