Chef Aline was incredible to work with for a surprise dinner to honor our father’s birthday. Very flexible with our food and guest requests, efficient, and polite. Food was delicious, presentation was well done, and we had plenty of leftovers. Also like to note that she was considerate and accommodating to milk and shellfish allergies. We’ve never hired a private chef before, and this was an amazing experience!
Established as a private Chef in Hawaii since 2008, Chef Aline has always been passionate and interested in cooking. Her adventures started at a young age in France where she was born and raised surrounded by an amazing array of culinary choices, which developed and guided her palate. As a young adult the adventure continued when she moved to the Islands and discovered the freshness of local ingredients and the availability of wonderful ocean harvests.
